I was a Thrower on the Track team at St.Thomas. Disc, Hammer, Shot, Weight. I am now captain of the YWCA Endurance Sports Team for the MN RED RIBBON RIDE a 300 mile ride to fight AIDS HIV in MN. I did my first Sprint Triathalon this year. I love everything outdoors. I enjoy time with my kids, working out, online networking, reading and the NANOWRIMO .
