Northfield is a little far away for me (I live 30 min north of the cities), so I don't think we'll do the first meet-up out there. But maybe when we get things going a bit...
Right now, I'm thinking next Wednesday (Aug 6th) for a happy hour meet-up in Minneapolis. It's more in the middle for us two, and where a lot of other people are already located.
