Great article, Graeme! I was in attendance at Social Media Breakfast-palooza and was struck by a wayward beachball in mid-Tweet. Luckily, I was also struck by an overwhelming confidence in the future of Social Media as it applies in practice to those of us working in professional communications. I'm absolutely thrilled to part of such a rapidly expanding group of thought leaders. -reminds me of 7th grade Model United Nations. :)
