Checking in to recap on plans in process....

1) There is a group called "SXSWmsp" set up in Friend Feed where you can monitor the Minnesota coverage of SXSWi as it happens. I hope to be able to upload photos there as well.

2) We will be using the Twitter hashtag "SXSWmsp" for personal accounts.

3) I'll be blogging and shooting video and posting both at Kaneconsulting.biz - you can subscribe to RSS

4) Missing anything? Anyone else doing something down there that they want to share with others?

regarding the midwest version of sxsw discussed today, it would be cool to host a big, "free" woodstock-like approach to web conference. loose agenda, emphasis on open collaboration. the trick is to find some big sponsors to cover costs. if it appears hip enough, perhaps some influential folks would speak for free, to support the interactive cause... traditional conferences are expensive, and prevent a lot of innovative bootstrappers, students, and nonprofits from attending...
